Living in predominantly Hispanic El Paso, I learned that religious imagery is very important here. I like to use the bright colors and style of Mexican folk art to create Guadalupes, Saints and Angels. I love that Our Lady of Guadalupe is portrayed in so many different ways and I have painted her in both  traditional and more modern styles.
